About Me

A bit about me. I’m an operations leader with 15 years of experience building the systems, processes, and infrastructure that let growing organizations scale. I’ve led end-to-end CRM and technology implementations, designed KPI frameworks and measurement infrastructure, served as an operations lead for a fast-moving companies, and built implementation models and data systems from scratch during a high-growth stretch. Along the way, I’ve run strategic planning cycles, standardized processes across multiple markets, and evaluated new-market feasibility for a national organization. I’ve also helped develop business plans and identify new revenue streams for service expansion.

I thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and turn them into repeatable process without slowing things down. And I’m now bringing that operator’s toolkit to startups and mission-driven companies scaling for their next stage of growth.

I’m passionate about environmental conservation and stewardship. I’m also deeply involved in animal rescue work. On the weekends, I enjoy road riding, rock climbing, seeking out fun outdoor adventures, reading, and gardening.
